Time for Images
Model Release Agreement

For those who are curious, this is the text of my model release for a Time for Images session :

This agreement is entered between ________________________________ (the model )

And Michael Chadwell (the photographer) for usage of photographs and digital images taken by the photographer on [date].

The photographer, his heirs, legal representatives, and those acting with the photographer's permission are granted the right to use images of the model for the photographer's sales, exhibitions, for submission to stock agencies, and for advertisements and other promotional purposes that make known the photographer's skills. The photographer has the right to retouch, enhance and/or remove blemishes of images of the model. The photographer is granted permission to display the images for the above-mentioned purposes on the Internet.

The photographer, his heirs, legal representatives, and those acting with the photographer's permission agree not to use or allow images of the model in whole or in part to be used in ways that would slander, embarrass, attack, or defame the character or person of the model.

The photographer, his heirs, legal representatives and those acting with the photographer's permission agree not to use or allow the images of the model in whole or in part to be used to sell or promote sex, or to be used in conjunction with pornography, drugs, violence, or illegal or illicit activities.

In exchange for modeling services, the model will receive the following compensation:

Copy of all images on a CD ROM
Release Form for model to obtain future prints from image files
